Privacy Policy

Last updated August 12, 2026

The short version: we collect what we need to run the product, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account anytime.

What we collect

Your email and sign-in details, an optional display name, handle, and church name, the briefs you write and the designs you generate, and product usage (pages viewed, features used) so we can see what's working and fix what isn't.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we see the subscription status and the last four digits, and that's what we use to run your plan.

Services that process data for us

  • Supabase: application database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Stripe: billing and subscriptions.
  • Resend: the emails we send you (receipts, product updates, lifecycle notes).
  • PostHog: product analytics, so we can see how the product is used.
  • Meta: ad measurement on our marketing pages, so we know which ads brought people here.

Cookies and similar

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and attribute signups to the campaign that brought you here. We don't run third-party ad networks on the product itself.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your designs publicly unless you choose to share them to the community gallery yourself.

Email choices

Transactional emails (receipts, billing notices) come with the account. Everything else has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing actually works.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data while the account exists. Want out? Email josh@pixelchurch.co and we'll delete your account and its data, minus what billing law requires us to keep.

Children

The service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and note it plainly. Questions go to josh@pixelchurch.co.
