Terms of Service

pixelchurch.co is a design tool operated by PixelPainters that generates sermon series graphics and related assets (slides, backgrounds, social graphics, videos, Spanish versions, and layered Photoshop files) from a brief you write. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You need an account to create designs. Keep your sign-in method secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use the service.

The free trial gives you a set number of credits for 7 days, no card required. Trial images carry a small watermark that is removed from everything you've made once your first payment goes through.

Paid plans (Solo and Growth) bill monthly or annually through Stripe. Promotional first-month pricing, when offered, applies once per customer. You can cancel anytime from Settings or the billing portal; you keep access through the period you've already paid for. Prices and plan contents can change; we'll show the current ones at checkout.

Generations cost credits (most images are 1 credit; bigger jobs like Photoshop exports and videos cost more, as listed on the pricing page). Plan credits refill monthly and roll over while your plan is active. Trial credits expire when the trial ends. Credits have no cash value and aren't refundable.

Designs you generate are yours to use for your church or organization, commercially or otherwise. If you choose to share a design to the community gallery, you're letting other users view it and remix it inside the product, with attribution to your handle. You can unshare a design at any time. On the free plan and card trial, the watermarked previews you generate may also appear in our public gallery as examples of what the product makes. Nothing identifies you or your church alongside them, and they come down automatically when you upgrade. Email josh@pixelchurch.co if you want one taken down sooner.

Designs are generated with AI trained on our studio's work. Review everything before you put it on a screen: text rendering, scripture references, and translations are your responsibility to check. Don't present AI output as hand-made if someone asks.

Don't use the service to create content that is unlawful, hateful, explicit, or infringes someone else's rights. Community sharing also follows the Community Guidelines. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service is provided as is, without warranties. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
